| Kenneth
Ayers FIA FSS FPMI AIIMR MSI |
Ken Ayers is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries and qualified in 1965
whilst employed by the Standard Life. In 1970 he joined stockbrokers Laurie,
Millbank & Co. and was Deputy Senior Partner when they were taken over by
Chase Manhattan Bank in 1986. He left the bank in 1988 and joined Frank
Russell Company (Russell are a leading consultant for manager selection for
pension funds.) He became Deputy Managing Director of their London Company
in 1990 and Managing Director of their Middle Eastern Region in 1993. In
1995/96 he was Sheriff of the City of London after which he returned to
Russell. He is currently Chairman of FTSE International Bond Index
Committee, and Investment Chairman of the National Association of Pension
Funds (NAPF). |

Alan Saunders MA (Cantab) |
Alan
graduated from Cambridge University with a double first in Economics in
1970. During his 30 year career in financial markets and international
industry he has been a stockbroker and partner at Simon and Coates, Chief
Economist for Royal Dutch Shell, Investment Director for Lazards and Deputy
to the Chief Executive and overall Head of Discretionary and Advisory
Investment Management of UBS Private Banking in London. Most recently,
he has been appointed independent advisor to the Trustees of National Grid
Transco pension fund (formerly British Gas). |

| Sheila
Brickell MA FIA |
Sheila Brickell graduated in mathematics from Oxford University and in 1993
qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries. She trained as a
consulting pensions actuary with Lane Clark & Peacock, providing advice to
UK corporate pension schemes on a wide range of matters including benefit
design, cost and funding. She moved to Ernst & Young's corporate finance
department where she reported on pensions aspects of mergers, acquisitions
and MBOs. Her investment experience was gained at Allenbridge, where she
researched retail products, and subsequently at Frank Russell Company, where
she worked as an investment consultant to institutional clients, assisting
with advice on strategic asset allocation, asset class structure, manager
selection and performance evaluation. She has returned to Allenbridge to
work with private clients in the selection and monitoring of investment
managers. |

| Jason C Day
MA (Hons) |
Jason
has worked as a fee-based adviser in an established London Law firm where he
provided Wealth Management solutions for City partners, barristers and media
professionals. He also provided specialist trust and trustee investment
advice for personal injury cases. More recently, he worked for Deloitte &
Touche Private Clients in the City, where he specialised in Portfolio
Management for UK & overseas investors, trustees and pension schemes. He
holds the Securities Institute Private Client Investment Advice & Management
qualification. |

| Michael
Leeson BSc FIA |
Mike Leeson graduated in mathematics from Exeter University and joined Legal
and General as a trainee actuary in their life department. In 1977 he moved
to Mullens, the government stockbroker, working in government broking and
gilt-edged research. On qualifying as an actuary in 1981 he joined the
institutional sales desk, becoming a partner in 1984. After the takeover by
S.G.Warburg in 1986 he took particular responsibility for the risk
management and sales functions in index-linked gilts, becoming a director of
Warburg Securities. He continued with the group, which was then taken over
by the Swiss Bank Corporation (SBC), until 1998. |

| Marie
Filippi |
Maitrise
de Mathematiques, MBA, Lecturer at the Institute des Etudes Politiques de
Paris. A graduate in Mathematics at Paris-Dauphine, Marie Filippi, spent
five years as a Future and Options Trader, before taking her MBA at HEC
Paris. After which she had careers in Structured Finance and Fund Management
with Credit Commercial de France and Asset Management with Palmares Gestion
Groupe Ofivalmo. Marie Filippi joined Allenbridge in 2001, which she
combines with lecturing at the Institute des Etudes de Paris.

| Richard Allen BA (Hons), MSI |
Richard graduated from The Nottingham Trent University in 1999 with a BA (Hons) in Financial Services. He joined Rensburg plc as an advisory private client investment manager, following which he helped manage discretionary private client portfolios with HSBC Investment Management. Richard is a Member of the Securities Institute and the Director of Tax Shelter Research at Allenbridge. |

Andrew Graham MA (Cantab) |
Andrew
graduated from Downing College, Cambridge with a MA (Hons) Classics.
He has worked at Audley James & Co Ltd. Stockmarket and Derivatives
Advisory Service and as an investment
consultant at Flemings and Save & Prosper. He holds the Advanced
Certificate in Investment Portfolio Management. |

| David B
Meisner PhD |
Dr David Meisner graduated from Wadham College, Oxford with a BA in
mathematics. He obtained his MSc and subsequently his doctorate in
combinatorial mathematics at London University. His extensive experience
includes fixed interest work for Mercury Asset Management and he is the
author of several publications. Prior to joining Allenbridge, he undertook a
research project at the University of Florence and taught at the London
School of Economics. |

Jonathan Wallis BSc FIA |
Jonathan
Wallis qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries in 1975, having
graduated in Mathematical Statistics from the University of Birmingham. His
initial career was spent in the investment department of Britannic
Assurance, and he subsequently became General manager of a newly formed
friendly society before moving into private client investment management. He
spent a number of years as Investment Director of Minet Consultancy Services
Ltd. before leaving to become a director of Investment Research of
Cambridge. He has wide-ranging experience of the investment markets and is a
Member of the Society of Technical Analysts. |

| Ronit Lami
MSc PhD |
Dr Ronit Lami is a Personal Growth and Development psychologist who
specialises in "Affluenza and Wealth". She is a member of the British
Psychological Society. She holds a Hypnosis certificate and is an expert in
relaxation and stress management techniques. She focuses on helping people
overcome emotional and behavioural difficulties caused by their wealth. She
believes that there are some primary insights - her PhD research identifies
twelve - that can give clients the ability to master their concerns and get
on with their lives. Dr Lami has appeared on British television and was
interviewed in the Financial Times. Her book and professional articles about
the psychology of Wealth and Affluenza are due out soon. |
